Counseling Collaborative, a well-established, thriving group of Independent Practitioners is looking to add one or more therapists (LICSW, LMHC or Psychologist) to the group.  

Ideal applicants have at least 2 years of post-independent licensure experience and specialize in clinical work with Medicaid eligible clients, children/adolescents or families.  

Therapists should plan to build a practice of a minimum of 13 clients per week with availability for appointments in the afternoon, evening and weekend hours in one or both our locations: Sudbury and Lexington, MA.  

Our group provides excellent peer support, group meetings twice a month, ongoing referrals, answering services with on call coverage, billing services and typical office amenities. Support for insurance panel applications provided if not currently credentialed.
